Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Albor Compliance Suite (the "Service"), operated by Albor Compliance Suite SL (NIF B-12345678) registered in Eivissa, Illes Balears, Spain. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms.

If you sign up on behalf of a company (an "Agency Tenant"), you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. The contracting party will be that entity, not you personally.

2. Cooling-off period

In accordance with RDL 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Defence Act), individual subscribers acting as consumers may withdraw without cause within 14 days of subscribing by emailing hello@albor.es. Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal.

This right does not apply to Agency Tenants acting in a professional capacity, nor to digital content already delivered with prior consent.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Billing occurs at the start of each cycle via Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store card data on our servers.

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No card is required to start. If you do not add a payment method by trial end, your workspace becomes read-only and your data is preserved for 90 days before deletion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to host or distribute illegal content, attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data beyond your own tenant scope, or violate Spanish or EU law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe in good faith violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

5. Compliance disclaimers

Albor automates compliance workflows but does not provide legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of submissions to the Consell d'Eivissa, Registro de la Propiedad, the Ministry of Housing, and SES.HOSPEDAJES.

We provide the technical means to file on time. We do not guarantee approval, and we do not assume liability for fines or sanctions issued against your properties.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current paid cycle.

Upon termination we provide a 90-day data export window. After 90 days all personal data is deleted in accordance with our retention policy (see Privacy Policy).

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The competent courts are those of Eivissa for disputes between the parties, save for mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant the consumer's domicile jurisdiction.
